Aim: The purpose of this presentation is to familiarise family practitioners with applications under s 38(6) of the Children Act 1989.

The presentation is aimed at beginner and intermediate practitioners who have a basic understanding of public law proceedings and have some experience of directions hearings and the Protocol.
