*To help those who want to make the most of their Pensions and SIPPS; and for private client and family practitioners who need to understand pensions.

OVERALL DESCRIPTION
We will use a case study of a married couple to explain the ways in which pensions work, both in marriage and in divorce, and how you may best add value for your clients.

From the flexibility of Income Drawdown and the new inheritance tax implications for pensions, to Self Invested Personal Pensions (SIPPs) and the use of property within pensions, this course explains how pensions work and how the solicitor and pension IFA can best work together.
