AIMS
To review from a practical perspective the commercial and legal issues (including the impact of recent case law) when drafting and negotiating warranties, disclosures and indemnities in relation to the sale and purchase of businesses and assets and to look at the due diligence process.

Martin Tomsett
Martin Tomsett qualified as a solicitor in 1975 and as a notary public in 1992. He is now a consultant to Hampshire solicitors White & Bowker where, as a partner until early 2005, he led the corporate and commercial and corporate recovery groups. Martin has considerable practical experience both of business and share sales and purchases and of non-contentious insolvency. He lectures regularly on these and other commercial topics.
