This lecture will look at drafting tenancy agreements and the main pitfalls, including discussion of the guidance issued by the Office of Fair Trading on unfair terms, and how to avoid tenancy terms being rendered invalid under the Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations 1999.
