| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept Visa and Mastercard. For orders "with invoice", payment is due within 30 days of the date of the invoice. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. For live lectures, course notes and/or slides (in Word or pdf/Power Point format and where provided by the lecturer) are emailed to delegates as an email attachment prior to the start of the course. Where attachments are large you will be contacted first how you would like the notes or slides sent to you. 2. Continuing Professional Development and Continuing Professional Education hours or points may be claimed from the following professional bodies: The Law Society; The Bar Council.. If members of the ICAEW consider that this seminar qualifies as structured CPE within the Institute's guidelines they may count this seminar as hours x 3 towards meeting their CPE point requirements. 8. Up to 75% (12hours) CPD points may be claimed by solicitors from distance (computer based) learning. 9. Payment must be received in full prior to attendance of the lecture. 10. Delegates are responsible for their computers and for their setting up in preparation for the seminar. | Delivery Schedule For recordings, we endeavour to get them to you as soon as possible but please allow upto 14 days after the lecture for delivery of your pack. Notes only orders are emailed same day (office hours Monday to Friday). We will normally send your order to you in 7-14 business days . International orders are generally received in under 14 days. |
