Martin Tomsett Martin Tomsett is a solicitor and Consultant in Southampton. He was formerly a partner with White & Bowker where he led the Corporate and Commercial Team and the Insolvency and Business Recovery Team. He lectures regularly on share and asset sales, security documentation and non-contentious insolvency topics.
