Why take the Quiz?

If you purchase a recorded seminar, your purchase entitles one person to the number of CPD hours advertised for the course.*

Once you have completed working through the CD of your choice, you will be entitled to 1 hour CPD. To claim this one hour you must first complete a short quiz.

The Law Society states that with computer based CPD courses it is important that “participants have not only read material, for example, but they have also understood the information. Solicitors should be required to answer a sufficient number of questions per subject that would demonstrate they had gained an appropriate level of knowledge and understanding of the subject content”. ("Computer-Based CPD Course Providers" - published by The Law Society).

Thus to receive your certificate of attendance it is requested that you answer a multiple choice quiz by clicking on the appropriate link above. Each quiz has 5 questions selected at random from a library of questions.

To successfully complete your CPD hour a pass rate of 60% is required. You may re-take the quiz as many times as you need to.

Do remember to fill in you full name at the top of the quiz. Once you have completed the quiz it is automatically marked and you receive your results. Your results are also emailed to the administrator of CPD4Lawyers. Once you have achieved 60% on the quiz your certificate will be emailed to you.

It is recommended that you print out your results (click the "Print" button on your browser) as evidence of completing the course for your portfolio.
